In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on the pen4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pen4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through pen4d or any associated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or family member of a pen4d employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with player activities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law and where such access would expose pen4d to regulatory liability.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the pen4d Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different name, a family member's identity, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport, a valid mobile number registered in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pen4d will not be liable for failed communications, missed withdrawal notifications, or account access difficulties arising from inaccurate registration data.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pen4d strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (OTP) via your Indonesian mobile number immediately after registration. Any activity conducted under your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were the actual person performing the action, unless you have previously notified pen4d of a security compromise.

pen4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

pen4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC. pen4d may additionally request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle as part of periodic account review.

KYC documentation required may include one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed colour copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Age: The date of birth displayed on your KTP or passport must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy or screenshot of the bank account, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account used to make deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official Indonesian government document bearing your residential address and full name.

pen4d will process KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving a complete set of documentation. During this period, account deposits and gameplay may continue; withdrawals will be released upon successful verification. pen4d may request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear.

All deposits to your pen4d account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pen4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts held in a name other than that registered on your pen4d account. Third-party deposits will be returned to the source account and may trigger an account review.

pen4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Typical processing time: 2–5 minutes during business hours.
• Indonesian E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Typical processing time: under 60 seconds.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. pen4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pen4d bears no responsibility.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. pen4d is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing systems.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your pen4d account. pen4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be completed and approved before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Any active Bonus Funds in your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings may be included in a withdrawal request.
• pen4d processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. During peak periods or following public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Christmas — processing may take up to 24 hours.
• pen4d reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, which may extend the processing time by up to 48 hours.

pen4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. If a withdrawal is returned by your bank or e-wallet provider due to incorrect account details provided by you, any associated bank charges will be deducted from the returned amount.

pen4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing only. pen4d reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus from any account under review.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonus funds remaining in the account after the expiry date will be removed without notice.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager toward meeting a wagering requirement; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• pen4d operates a bonus balance system: real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers. Players may opt out of a bonus at any time before the wagering requirement is met, but Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds will be forfeited upon opt-out.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
• pen4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on the pen4d Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or event, as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. General rules applicable to all betting activity on pen4d are as follows:

• Bets are accepted only from logged-in, verified account holders with a sufficient real-money balance or eligible Bonus Funds to cover the stake.
• Once confirmed by the pen4d system, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the Player. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that bet selections, stake amounts, and markets are correct before confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error affecting a bet, pen4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance. pen4d will not pay out winnings calculated on the basis of an erroneous price or odds.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results as published by the relevant official draw authority are final. pen4d settles togel bets strictly in accordance with the published result.
• For live sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League fixtures, and Timnas Indonesia international matches — in-play odds are subject to suspension and change. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more selections are void, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid selections.

pen4d is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pen4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, Capsa Susun, and live casino table games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform on behalf of a Player.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between pen4d and other platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, system errors, or incorrectly displayed odds to generate winnings that would not arise under normal Platform operation.
• Money Laundering: Using the pen4d Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. pen4d complies with applicable international AML standards and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a genuine pen4d deposit transaction. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

pen4d is strongly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following tools, available directly from their account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion, which closes their account and blocks future registrations under the same identity. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of the request being received and cannot be reversed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pen4d's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their pen4d account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pen4d shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or events beyond pen4d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to Indonesian bank systems, e-wallet providers, or payment network outages.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by third parties where the Player failed to enable two-factor authentication.
• Decisions made by Players in respect of their betting activity, including decisions based on information displayed on the Platform that the Player could reasonably have verified through independent means.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes pen4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by pen4d's own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

pen4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with this document. By registering an account on pen4d, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pen4d includes registration information (name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email address), KYC documentation, transactional records, device and access log data, and communications with the support team. This data is used to administer your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, personalise your gaming experience, and communicate promotional offers to which you have subscribed.

pen4d does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by pen4d's licensing obligations.

pen4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pen4d will notify registered Players via the email address on their account at least 7 calendar days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material clarifications may be updated without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the pen4d Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure.

pen4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pen4d holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pen4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the pen4d Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. pen4d does not represent that its services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk.
